The Longview-Kelso Earlybird Lions serves the communities of Longview and Kelso, Washington through volunteer service and charitable donations. In collaboration with other local Lions Clubs and Lions Club International, we also extend our service regionally and globally. We support Lions' eight global causes: Vision, Hunger, Diabetes, Environment, Humanitarian, Disaster Relief, Childhood Cancer, and Youth.

We meet the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6 PM at the Canterbury Park in Longview. Meetings take place in the President's Room on the second floor. Board meetings are held at 8 AM the second Wednesday of each month in the dining room of Canterbury Park.
Our primary fundraisers are Paper Recycling and Kettle Corn Sales. We collect paper year-round from blue Lions recycling bins and a number of organizations in the area and sell the paper to North Pacific Paper Company (NORPAC) to recycle into new paper products. From May to October, we sell freshly made kettle corn outside the Fred Meyer in Longview on Thursdays and at special events throughout the season - check out our calendar for more information.
Our major service projects include Eyeglass Recycling, Vision Screening, and Flags for First Graders.
